バセンジー犬、金太郎とその妻梅、そして長男一番の日記。バセンジーという少し特殊な犬を通して、自然界と人間のかかわり方と教えて貰っています。

2003年11月18日生まれバセンジーの金太郎（2017年7月13日没）に2015年2月5日生まれの梅がお嫁さんに来てくれたのが15年12月23日。もの凄い年の差婚で「子供はできないんじゃないの～」との大半の声を跳ね飛ばし、2016年7月6日と8日にめでたく合体。9月1日に5匹の子供を授かりました。その長男（一番最初に出てきた子）がその名も一番のつれずれ日記。犬のケア、健康管理、社会性などをベースに、金太郎での失敗談をどう生かしていくか格闘中です。
