Local friends--Another post on behalf of Otho, being fostered by my friend Maria Zarate (KPA-CTP and kennel manager at Let's Speak Dog in Easton PA). He's the light-colored pup with the dark mask in this video, and Maria reports that he is a sweetheart.

Our shelter is critically full with adorable, adoptable cats, kittens and dogs who are just waiting for their forever home. We are still seeing many stray and abandoned animals after an equally long summer season. To help these homeless pets find their forever, we had a very generous donor pay the adoption fees for adult dogs over 25lbs, cats and kittens. Take home your next best friend at no cost!
