Jake is STILL looking for his forever home!!
3 years old and still very much FULL of puppy antics and enough energy to go and do with his family - Jake is looking for an active home where he can spend the majority of the day with his person or people!! Jake is great with other dogs of both genders, as well as larger children (he's good with the littles too but sometimes forgets his size when he gets excited), but does tend to need plenty of hard chew toys as he can be destructive if left to his own devices - just like a puppy! He has gotten much better about it though during his time with us and will continue to improve as he gets older and with time!
If you would like to know more about Jake or would like to add him to your family, send us a pm or visit us at www.TDR.dog and fill out our adoption application for consideration!
Otherwise, sharing is always caring!!
Ps - special THANK YOU to K9 Trainer Paola Martinez with The Complete K9 for all her work with our sweet boy!! You are appreciated more than you know!!

❤️Dharma update❤️
We are still looking for the perfect home for Dharma! Our sweet girl deserves someone to devote the time and energy she needs!
If you remember her story, she is a deaf albino dog who came with us with no commands and she had never lived inside. She’s adjusting great to indoor living. She’s learned a lot, and she is such a sweet and special girl. We are in search of a home for this beautiful girl still. Due to her coloring, she gets a lot of inquiries, but Dharma needs a patient and loving home.
-Dharma is entirely deaf.
-Dharma has some equilibrium issues and some visual impairments.
-Since Dharma lived outdoors for the first six years of her life, house breaking is an issue. After several months with her foster, she has very few accidents. But due to her limited senses, she will need time to adjust to any new environment, and she will regress with housebreaking.
-Dharma is the sweetest and most affectionate Velcro Doberman. She loves to be with people, gets along with other dogs, and enjoys cuddles.
-Dharma is fully vetted, microchipped, heartworm negative, and her adoption fee is $150.
If you believe you might be the right home for Dharma, please fill out at application on website: http://www.tdr.dog/adoption-application/

We took Arlo in a week ago with in hopes of saving his life. We felt we could offer him unique care due to our founder’s extensive knowledge of canine nutrition and also we are close to one of the best places for liver shunt surgery in the nation.
Arlo is diagnosed with a congenital intrahepatic liver shunt. He must be at least 10-12 months before we can do any surgical intervention. He is currently 6 months old. Until then, we are preparing all his meals. The goal is to reduce the amount of protein in the diet and only feed high quality and highly digestible protein along with supplements and medication. One of the surgical options we hope to complete is a trans-venous coil embolization of his shunt, which is a minimally invasive procedure which allows the shunt to progressively close down over
time. We have several specialists looking at his best options for surgical intervention.
The symptoms of Arlo’s diagnosis are stunted growth, poor muscle development, abnormal behaviors such as disorientation, staring into space, circling or head pressing, and seizures. Less common symptoms include drinking or urinating too much, vomiting, and diarrhea. Dogs with a liver shunt often take a long time recovering from anesthesia. Behavioral clinical signs may only occur after eating high protein meals. Some dogs do not show signs until they are older, when they develop urinary problems such as recurrent kidney or bladder infections or stones.
Arlo's current surgery estimate is $7,000-$9,000 not including his monthly care for the next 4 months until he can get the surgery, which is running approximately $1,000 per month.
We're doing all we can for this little pup, but if he has a shot of making it, we really need to find a longterm special needs foster that is capable of his around the clock care! If you are home a lot, and can help us save his life, we truly need someone with the time and heart to help this boy. With the diet plan our president has designed, we hope

Watching this, you would think Arlo is a normal puppy! He's still a VERY sick little boy, but his diet is at least helping him feel better so he can get in some happy playtime moments with another pup!
Arlo's current surgery estimate is 7k to 9k, not including his monthly care for the next 4 months until he can get the surgery, which is running 750 to 1k per month. We're doing all we can for this little pup, but if he has a shot of making it, really need to find a longterm special needs foster that is capable of his around the clock care! If you are interested in helping and are local to Knoxville TN, please visit us at www.TDR.dog to fill out a foster application! 💗
Due to Arlo’s liver shunt, he needs small and frequent meals in line with what his body can process. Today he’s showing off his tricks! We are so hopeful we can help him. We are so in love with his darling and gentle personality.
Prayer warriors needed! Arlo, you’ve got this!
