Why Massage?
Like people, horses deserve to be happy, comfortable and healthy. Bodywork can aid in the healing process (both physically and emotionally), increase circulation of blood and oxygen, improve both flexibility and range of motion, relieve discomfort from tense muscles, and provide an overall relaxation and calm, to name a few. Horses hang onto tension in their body and it’s very beneficial for them to be able to let that go. As a massage therapist, I try to facilitate that.
