The Dog Comes First- well they do in our house ..... (however much we try to the contrary)!. My three rescue dogs are my inspiration for my little business. Fed up with boring, ill fitting dog coats I decided to make my own. I now produce hand crafted, made to measure and off the peg dog coats and accessories, made from quality fabrics at affordable prices.. Want a dog coat that is warm and practi

cal yet fun and funky?? Well take a look at my fabrics and design your own coat. Just choose your outer fabric and your inner fabric and you can have a coat to suit your dog. Don't see what you like- just ask me and I will see what I can do. All my dog coats are hand sewn, so please allow 3 weeks for delivery (though hopefully it will be quicker than this). I run an order book so will give you an indication of the timescale when you order. Why not have matching accessories whilst you are having your coat. Collars , leads bandanas and bows are all available. Best of all 10% of profit from each order will be donated to small animal charities and non profit organisations, so whilst your dog ends up looking dapper, you will also be helping to feed and care for abandoned animals who have nobody of their own. 🍊🍊As winter continues its slow precession into spring whose thoughts don’t turn to brighter, bolder colours, a tonic against the dreary days.🍊🍊

I now have available this zesty Yorkshire Herringbone Tweed in Clementine Burst .

100% wool, it provides a classy leap into the new season.

25 mm collars from £21, bows from £10 ( collar and bow shown are both small - for neck approximately 10-14”). Bandanas and leads for the dogs are also available, as are human neck warmers- the one shown is lined in fluffy lambswool fleece for a cosy finish (£33 with this lining, £30 with polar fleece)- plus UK postage from £2.70 .
The bows are a new design with two elastic loops to slip over the collar to prevent a droopy bow- after all who wants a droopy bow!!!

Make sure you are cosy on your walks with these Country Classic neck warmers - knitted with a double layer of Aran wool for warmth and comfort these are great for you and your pooch.

Pancho and myself are wearing Sage tweed Aran twinned with Oatmeal tweed Aran for a two toned look. Pancho is wearing the medium sized dog version ( human version all one size). Other colours are available- just message for help.

Four colours of lovely Aran Tweed yarn for human and dog neck warmers. For those who prefer a classic look I have Oatmeal, Ocean Blue, Sage Green and Slate Grey.

Do you like your dog to stand out in a crowd? If so these bright and cosy neck warmers are just the thing. Made from a double layer of knitting for extra warmth the neck warmers are stretchy for comfort.
Shown are small for neck 10-14 “ - also available in medium and large. I will also be doing a narrower XS for smaller dogs.

If bright isn’t your thing look out for my earthy toned Aran knits coming soon.

💐💐Are the Snowdrops flowering near you? . They are all waking up round us. I’ve noticed buds on our outdoor hyacinths today and the daffodils are several inches tall already- all seems a bit early but I think we all take joy in the spring flowers appearing.💐💐

Another sign of the change in the seasons are the orders that come in. I defy you not to think of summer when you look at this new collar and lead set. ‘Summer Meadow ‘ was bought for a special customer order but it is so stunning I got extra in if anyone wants to order. It has gone straight to the top of my list for favourite designs .

Gorgeous Jessie is one of my oldest customers. A rescue dog from Spain and a Spanish Waterdog like my Pancho , I have been kitting her out for several years now.

🐿️🦜Anyone need 10 minutes to de stress? My new early morning watch on YouTube is The Travelling Birdfeeder. It is simply a sledge full of goodies for the birds and the squirrels. It is very soothing listening to all the birdsong and watching all the different species flying in to grab the bounty. Watch the red squirrels selecting and stashing their favourites nibbles.

I know a lot of you enjoyed my recommendation for the you tube walks in the snow so I just thought I would share this. Perfect for a cup of tea and a quiet few moments . 🦜🐿️
