We've been quiet here for a long time. If you also follow us on Instagram you probably already know that we lost our beloved CEO to kidney disease in early spring. Today marks seven months and I still miss him every day. Not only was the business named after Chai it was a rare occasion that he didn't join me in my office to supervise cuttting out and sewing ties, usually getting in the way as he sought out more affection. When considering new fabric I still think about how a tie would look with his eyes. But Chai's fashion legacy lives on-- it has taken some time to feel ready to release new ties but in the upcoming weeks we should have quite a few new styles to offer.
