We’ll be at market tomorrow with iced coffee, iced tea , brewed coffee, and pour overs. We will also have eggs, freeze dried candy, macadamia nut cookies, peanut butter chip chocolate cookies, sourdough granola, and two types of sourdough focaccia bread (both sweet) - blueberry cheesecake lemon and cranberry lemon.

We will be at market tomorrow with hot brew, pour overs, (with the capability to make cold coffee), and iced tea. We will also have Chai cookies, toffee bourbon cookies (with chocolate chips), and sourdough brownies.

Freeze dried goodies have been restocked and we will have that as well. We will also have eggs

Due to decisions made in Santa Fe, we will not be carrying cold brew until further notice. We will continue to do cold coffee, however. We’re very sorry but until we can get set up in a commercial kitchen we have no choice.

Due to the expected high winds Saturday we will be working out of our trailer. Watching the winds in several apps the morning starts out at around 30 mph and gets worse from there.

So, we will have a limited amount of items we’re bringing.

We will have:

Eggs
Hot brew
Cold brew
Freeze dried candy

Come early if you need or want any of it. We don’t expect to be at market all day due to the winds.

Also, we will not be at market next week because we’ll be at the pecan festival Friday thru Sunday.

Sourdough Cinnamon roll focaccia bread (only 6 available)
Pecan butter cookies - trying out a new recipe. It’s pretty good

Freeze dried candies
Eggs.

Hot chocolate and all hot teas are gone until the fall.

It’s Wednesday night and I’m already looking forward to market. Missed all your smiling faces but enjoyed spending time with the littlest member of our family.

So, good news/bad news or bad news/good news?

Let’s do bad news/good news - we are done with hot cocoa (with those awesome marshmallows) and the teas until the fall. I know some of you will be disappointed but good news (and I’m excited as well), cold brew is back this coming Saturday!!!!!

We will have it in caffeinated and decaf. We will also have unsweetened iced tea.

Also, mark your calendars - we won’t be at market the weekend of 4/11. We will be at the Pecan Festival. It will fun Friday evening thru Sunday so you can find us there with all the goodies we carry.

Never said i was great at drizzling icing from a spoon (😂). Anyway, tomorrow we’ll have sourdough brownies, chocolate zucchini muffins and sourdough lemon cookies (only a few of these as it was a test run). This is in addition to our coffees and other hot drink. We’ll also have freeze dried goodies and eggs.

Today’s baking adventure is lasting well into the evening. One cookie failure and slow rising focaccia bread, but it looks like I’m close to being done! We’ll have cinnamon rolls and sourdough cinnamon roll focaccia bread.

We were going to try and do the morning market but baking and life got in the way. We will be on the plaza from 3-6, with the Fair Farmers Market tho. We will have all of our hot drinks and some cookies available. Come celebrate Valentines Day with us

We will be at market with coffee (i have a new decaf if you like decaf) for you to try. Panama is back (it’ll be one of the brews tomorrow). We should have bags next week. Same for Sulawesi. Brew tomorrow and bags next week.

Our cookies this week are jumbo oatmeal raisin and sourdough brownies. The brownies do have a mild taste of sour to them.

Freeze dried candy is restocked

We will also have a few dozen eggs. Our chickens didn’t like the weather this week.
