Custom Orders: We are currently processing orders from June 4th. This will be the last week for custom orders before we take a break to get caught up again! The inventory caps are close to being reached. If you are planning a custom order, NOW IS THE TIME!
Pre-Made Shop: We have restocked, so have a look and see if something suits. This is the fastest way to get a collar as they ship out within 3 business days. Sizes 10"-20", as well as some breakaways 7"-14". If you need something larger or smaller, please custom order, and again,; don't delay as custom orders will be on hold again after this week.

Weekly Update - May 17
Weekly Update (long): All custom orders up to and including April 26th have been shipped (or are ready for pick-up if you chose Ottawa pickup). If you are waiting for shipping/pick-up info, please check your spam folder! If you have received a "ready for pick-up" notification, please pick up at your earliest convenience - the box is jam-packed :)
Pre-made items stocked last week are almost all sold out (there are a few in the 10" range left). My team of helpers are working on more and we should have new stock posted in the Pre-made Shop Wednesday.
Custom orders - these are still on hold, but I am working on a solution to re-open with inventory caps so we don't end up with a 3-week backlog again! If you have reached out by email, I WILL get back to you as soon as I have a solution in place.

THANK YOU ALL for your patience at this very busy time! With the extremely high volume, the strain on my hands has caused Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This is very painful and I have to be careful not to over-do it - the volume of the last 3 months has taken it's toll and I can't keep it up. Here in Ontario, we are under a stay-at-home order, so I cannot add new staff to my home-based business. We can only do what my small team can humanly do!
