Just a little update for my lovely customers!
I’ve recently (this week) returned to full time work! With my long hours this means a few little changes!

Postage: post days will be Friday.. this is both for express or standard! Occasionally, if I can make the post office other days I certainly will but no gaurentee, but If needing priority post for a day other then Friday an extra $10 fee will incur.

Messages: I won’t be able to answer messages immediately on a Monday - Thursday. But I will certainly reply as soon as possible! So if your message hasn’t been opened for a few hours don’t stress as I will get to it!

Turnaround Time: turnaround time will likely stay at the 3 weeks for now! If I have lots of orders coming in I may have to extend this from time to time Keep an eye on the pinned posts to see what it is!

Ordering: as with postage I can only make my local post office on Fridays! So if you do your order late in the week, I may not be able to get supplies until the following week! So please keep this in mind. This also means I may be unable to fulfil last minute orders anymore, but of course still send me a message and I’ll see what I can do!

The quality of my bands will still be the same and I’ll certainly still be making them! 🙂 I look forwards to continuing to bring your amazing creations to life!
