With the recent developments of cats contracting Bird Flu (H5N1) from raw food, we wanted to reassure you that all Smalls fresh, freeze-dried, and broth recipes are thoroughly cooked.

The USDA and CDC have confirmed that Bird Flu (H5N1) isn’t transmissible through thoroughly cooked meat. All our recipes are fully cooked or pasteurized to at least 167°F, which eliminates harmful pathogens like Bird Flu while preserving nutritional integrity.
