Our Opisthoplatia orientalis (Amphibious Litter Roach) have been breeding well over the last couple of months, the adults can climb but they are quite a calm, peaceful species and a pleasure to own. Babies should be available in another month or two.

Orthomeria kangi "Benguet" from Luzon, Philippines.
Adult Size 5cm. They can spray if they feel threatened but prefer to drop to the ground & run for cover. Feeds on stinging nettles & Ficus sp.
