Get to know the trainers
A well known dog trainer or Dog Whisperer is what most people might say if my name is brought up, but I just think of myself as a dog lover. Training dogs is my passion and my specialty. I have learned to listen to dogs and what they want and need. I have been learning how to master the skills and understanding of every dog no matter the issue for the past 16 years. Yet still to this day I'm being taught something new through my interactions with different dogs, as I believe there is a lot we as humans can learn from dogs and their outlook on life. I have experiences in a wide range of training from Schutzhund/ protection training, show dogs, agility training, aggression prevention, extreme hyperactivity, and anxiety. Even teaching a 2 month old puppy tricks to teaching a 17 year old dog to play nice and act his age. The beauty of dog training to me is creating happy homes and taking the owner on a step-by-step journey to complete a transformation of their pup. I want to bringback and show everyone just what it means to have a mans best friend by their side. So grab your leash, bring those treats, and please don't forget that toy, last but not least your furry friend and now we begin with a smile and Good Boy/Girl. - Antiwan Dixon
Working with animals has been a lifelong dream of mine. When I was little I used to bring home all the stray animals I would find, from dogs and cats to birds and lizards, lets just say things haven't changed much. I have always had a passion for helping animals but I didn't always know how. I got certified to be a veterinary assistant, I fostered and found dogs homes with dog rescues, but I knew I wanted to do more. I had the pleasure of coming to Okinawa and meeting Antiwan Dixon, who is now my teacher, mentor, and friend. He has taught me so much about training dogs and most importantly how to listen to them, I am completely in love with being a dog trainer, I have found something I am passionate about. I am always excited about meeting new dogs and their owners and helping them transform for the better. - Jazmin Tobar
