I have over 28 years experience caring for and working with dogs and other animals. I have previously been a member of the APDT working as a assistant dog trainer for Armchair Dogs, walked dogs on a voluntary basis for two rescue centres, been a pet sitter with Animal Aunts and most recently managed a team of dog walkers for a local doggy day care. I am passionate about positive training methods and building strong bonds with dogs, am fully insured and raring to go walkies!

Roundup from the last couple of days.

No photos from yesterday’s second walk as there were lots of scary people in high viz lurking about. They weren’t actually scary or lurking, they were conducting moth surveys standing very still looking through binoculars…. but the dogs thought they were. So I was kept busy reassuring the dogs and making introductions. 😆

You may remember Billy who joined us for a few walks and puppy visits when he was little. Here he is now a beautiful teenager who will be joining us for regular walks. 🥰

He did really well today meeting a few of the older girls. Politely saying hello and learning that even if a dog is running about it doesn’t always mean that they want him to join in. 😆

Plenty of opportunity for him to have a run about too though.
