So just to let you know. I'm taking a break as a very close friend of mine has passed away and I've been looking after his wife who has parkinsons. I'd like to thank everyone for their support I hope to get back to the dogs when I can. Thank you and all the best.

Today I did a free assessment with a lovely 4 and a half month old Labrador, Sadie. She's such a wonderful dog and will grow to be exceptional! Her owner Susie Cutlack has been doing great with her training she just asked about getting a dog to heel. She showed me what she was doing and I have to say they are both on track. What I did notice is low engagement and a tad reactive. But I'm sure with perseverance they will get there. I'm just a msg away, two heads are better than one. Orbost Neighbourhood House I suggested the class.🙂

Well last week she was DOG OF THE WEEK. This week Lily has GRADUATED. She walks beautifully. I'm going to continue to walk her as her owners can't at the moment.

Introducing Katie a 7month old Staffy x. Shes had an interesting start going through a couple of foster homes. Katie liked to pull a lot but she learnt to walk on a loose lead in about 20mins. What an extraordinary dog so well behaved and it was nice to see Katie and her owner Peter Ford walking together. For those interested we swapped out the harness for a Standard collar and Katie improved straight away.

DOG OF THE WEEK: Goes to Lily. A 5month old Stanard Poodle (posted earlier). She used to pull a bit but those days are gone. Today I took her OFF LEAD (secure area) and asked her to heel and she followed me around the yard in HEEL position.

On my dog walk a follower saw me walking Lily a Standard Poodle and jumped out and took this video. Poodles are SOO INTELLIGENT highly recommend this breed.
