Remember the semi-feral family of 12? (E-litter)
These 6 (mom and her 5 teen kids), and Mama Etsy and her 5 one-month old babies are doing great!!
After a month in our care, they have graduated from the quarantine area.
This is a HUGE step!
This means they are listening to direction well, are easier to catch, and are trusted to not bolt. They know their assigned indoor crates inside, too!
I know those milestones seem small, but with feral-care, it's a huge accomplishment!
They'll all be spayed and neutered, as 2 groups, on Monday & Tuesday.
As for their needs, monthly food for a large group like this is a huge financial struggle for our private rescue.
Last month, 4 big bags of Purina One Chicken and Rice were donated just for them-- ALL OF THAT FOOD IS GONE!
