Miss Molly December 22, 2011 - June 6, 2023 - Molly was a wonderful, loved corgi. She left us too soon due to degenerative myelopathy. This is a very mean disease. It kindly didn’t cause her any pain but it slowly took away her ability to use her back legs and was continuing on to wreak more havoc on her. She was a real trooper, never complaining, always adjusting to her situation. It showed up on both of Molly’s chromosomes. Please ask your breeder to check for this and to not breed dogs with this in their background. That is the only way to stop it.
