🙌🏻Spaghetti Squash Spinach artichoke🙌🏻
Sooooo this tastes amazing !!!!
I saw a reel and tried to catch the recipe lol
But in short I cut a spaghetti squash in half , cleaned the seeds and put olive oil , salt and pepper
Turned it over and baked on 400 for 40 mins
Meanwhile I mixed
thawed frozen spinach , a little over a cup of it
One can of artichoke hearts
One cup Parmesan cheese
Couple shakes of garlic salt
1.5 cups of Greek yogurt
Then put mixture on top of cooked spaghetti squash and sprinkle with more Parmesan out back in oven till all is warmed approximately 23 mins for ours
Mix and enjoy …could eat just like this with a fork …or serve with tortilla chips !!!

Hubs and I realized we didn’t take a Christmas picture or a New Years Eve Pic for 2023 …being sick for over a week took a toll!
We are both finally starting to feel a bit better except for the fact I lost total ability to smell 👃 that’s been WEIRD lol !
We decided to take a New Years Day 2024 pic !!!

I can tell by my clothes I am losing… …yesterday afternoon I had to run some errands I put my favorite jeans on , I know the days of wearing them are numbered…I can slide them on and off with the belt hooked hahaha
Well this morning i decided ok let’s weigh …
I am proud to tell everyone 🚨🚨🚨since I started in June I am down now officially
TWENTY Pounds !!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
And oh ya remember the belt that was too big and wore out …this is just like it only smaller size and it’s getting way to big !!

My name is Amy and I’m almost 45 years old and this is my experience!

Day 1 I took my reboot capsules first thing in the morning and I felt great!
That same day, in the evening after dinner I took my drink. When I laid my phone down a few minutes later I was out like a baby.
