Great Nationals with great results. I can't remember a lot of results but very proud of what I can recall, Smoothie Breeders award of merit, Champion and national grand champion junior stallion, champ and national gr champ solid colour national champion movement, Runner up NZMHA JUNIOR SUPREME.
Mickie 1st in the Liberty 1st Best presented with Dani McDonald, 2nd with Dani in the fashion in the field, 3rd overall champion junior gelding,
Ziggy beautifully shown by Jessica Lawton and I can't remember but do know was placed 1st by one judge, somewhere in multi colour 3rd maybe lol

This beautiful boy RV ROCKSTAR INXS, Mikie has been a star right from birth, so fine, Barry called him paknsave (stick man) he is now shown and owned by Dani, he is so beautiful and they both look so elegant in the ring. All the best for the future

HOW MANY PEOPLE HERE STILL CARE ABOUT MY RECIPES RAISE HAND.

Strawberry bombs these are irresistible!

INGREDIENTS:

300g (2 cups) flour
1 egg
45g (1/4 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
7g dry yeast
140 ml (3/5 cup) hot milk
40 g (1/4 cup) softened butter

For the decoration:

Whipped cream
Strawberries, chopped
Granulated sugar

METHOD:

Step1: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, yeast and milk and stir to dissolve.
Step2: Whisk the egg. Add the flour and salt, and start kneading the dough with a spatula. Then continue kneading with your hands until you get an elastic dough.
Step3: Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.
Step4: Form a ball with the dough, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.
Step5: Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Step6: Flatten each ball a little and roll it into a ball again. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Step7: Fry the balls in hot oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step8: Cool slightly and cut in half lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Step9: Garnish half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close with the other half, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
