All we did was worm her, give her access to a full water tank, and a fresh round roll!
Amazing how quick these animals can turn around with just some care.

Girls.
They are so much more than lace and ribbons and stuffed animals. They are more than dresses and pink nail polish. They are more than dolls and sweet words and giggles.
They are old jeans and stained tank tops; wild hair and dirty fingernails. They are soft, but work hard. They snuggle their stuffed horses at night after riding their real one all day. They are funny and smelly and sassy.
Girls. Just because they can do everything a boy can do, doesn't mean they have to. And just because something is "a boy thing", doesn't mean they shouldn't learn it.
Girls. Teach them to take care of themselves, to care for others, and to believe they can do whatever they set their minds to. It may not be easy, but it is far more rewarding as they grow in to self- sufficient women who stand on their own two feet, instead of on the backs of those around them.

Lord tonight we pray for the cowgirl trying to clear the distractions. Distractions keeping her from reaching her goals in the arena or in life. Whether she is playing the comparison game or just stuck in her own head games we pray for clarity. We pray she realign her focus on You Lord. We pray she look inward to the passion You placed in her heart to be her guide for the purpose You have for her. As she seeks a stronger relationship with You, we pray she sees the distractions clear and her path align with Yours.

We’ve found homes for several wonderful horses and ponies the past few weeks ☺️
Can’t wait for warmer weather and things to pick up and families to start getting outside riding more!

I went out with my demons inside and returned home with a feeling of absolute peace in my heart.
I always thought how dangerous it is, knowing that the meaning of courage is to advance even feeling fear.
Every time I go out to my horses I think about how wonderful they are.
I stopped talking about it to those who do not understand, and I learned to communicate with other riders.
I have met some amazing people I now call friends because of my horses.
I spent money that I did not have, giving up many things, but all these things are not worth even one special moment with my horse.
They are not a means of transport or a piece of iron with wheels, they are the lost part of my soul and my spirit.
And when someone says to me: "You have to sell the horses and you have to be more sensible", ... I do not answer. I just swing my head and smile.
A horse..... only the person who loves them understands it.

Although our main focus is horses, we do keep a wide variety of other livestock around. We sometimes have misc animals avaible to new homes. These animals are all raised, loved, and well cared for by our family!
We enjoy having a full blessed busy life, and we enjoy getting to share our love for animals when clients come to visit!

The comments about my riding this week 😅😂 Oh FB. I get such a good laugh out of some of these. Anyway… the point being, it doesn’t matter, you get all those same comments whether you win or lose. Someone will always have something to say. People are unrealistic and expect every aspect of you to be perfect at all times. So don’t let them bother you, laugh it off, if you really want a good laugh, go look at some of their profiles and see just who is giving you advice… because I guarantee it isn’t someone who’s putting in more work than you. Cookie is a sweetheart, has an in your pocket personality. She’s easy to catch, friendly, loves being brushed and given attention.
She is also very gentle and easy to ride, nothing fancy she’s just been trail rode but she is sure enough gentle and safe. More whoa then go type, but she will trot and lope when asked.
She is sound, has good legs and good feet.

We know we haven’t always been perfect we’ve cut corners, made mistakes, been wrong, took wrong paths, helped people who had alternative motives and then placed the blame of their learning mistakes on us, we’ve taken on more then we could handle, we’ve spread ourselves too thin, and there were times we didn’t do or provide at the best of our ability.
That being said, We weren’t born into this, we’ve learned as we’ve went! but moving forward we have a stronger then even support system, mentors who truly want to see us succeed and do right by our customers and horses, and plenty of amazing clients who’ve stuck thru all the ups and downs!!!!

PPE is welcome and encouraged at buyers expense. We can refer you to our vet or you can bring your vet with you during your appointment.
All horses are sold AS IS described to the best of our knowledge and vets assistance. With that being said if the horse isn’t as described or a good fit you have 7 days to bring back the horse to trade to a horse with equal value or lesser before it is your responsibility to rehome.
Minors CANNOT test ride on property without written consent from parent and helmet provided by the parent.
