Super-smart Henry has learned how to open the fridge and the cabinet where the cat food and treats are stored!!
I was gone a bit longer than usual one day this week, and when I got home the fridge door was open and a rotisserie chicken was on the floor, still in its plastic container. Apparently, Henry wasn't able to open that.
However, he was able to open a giant tub of Temptations cat treats that he pulled out of the cabinet. Cat treats were spread all over the floor! (At least Henry has gotten better about sharing food and treats with other cats. When I first met him, he would go into "murder mode" over food.)
The chicken was for the cats, but I guess Henry couldn't wait for me to serve it. He is the most food-oriented cat I have ever lived with!
Any child-proofing recommendations?
(This is Henry's "innocent" look, but I know it was him because I have seen him standing on his hind legs with his front paws wrapped around the fridge door handle several times.)
