Take me with you. 💕 I haven’t done a trip with Fira in awhile, so I’m putting together some ideas for this year. She’s never been in the snow- I wonder if she would like it. ❄️ Maybe we will go back to Paris? Comment with ideas, plsss.

Living in a hoodie for the rest of the year 😌 this snow bunny turns 8 next month 🐰 can you believe it? Swipe left for a baby photo! And some of her faves lately:

▪️ a new cozy bed from - literally her new fave. I have a few different beds lying around and I always find her in this one
▪️ fira’s fave fave meal is omega salmon - she’s been eating Pure since she was a baby and I really think the difference is her diet that keeps her under eye area clean, healthy weight etc
▪️ should I throw her a birthday party? 🤔☺️

Life lately 🌱

❇️ Fira’s getting some teeth pulled out today! A lot of you asked how she’s doing without Weston. It’s almost been 6 months (!) and she’s adjusted really well.. she’s never really had that much anxiety and has always been a happy pup in general. I know she misses him but Weston “raised” her so well, she is a strong one :) she’s surprisingly been a lot friendlier to other dogs lately (a huge improvement) 💚
❇️ Fira is still doing great on fresh home-cooked foods but I have been a bit busy this year, so she gets every meal. She loves ~all~ 5 flavors.
❇️ The only time Fira likes walking is if we go to a restaurant or into shops (at home, she only goes outside to potty and races back into the house 😂) which gives me a great reason to explore new spots and Fira gets all the attention she wants.
❇️ Can’t get enough of dark green, so I made “Vert” in the Le Luxe collar + leash. And can’t forget the dark green Saint Sweatshirt 🥰

12.5 years with Weston. He once healed me from a broken heart and I am heartbroken again. The brain tumor was as sudden as a flash and a few days later, he was gone forever. My heart is crushed and aching, but I would shatter every piece of my heart again just to hold him and tell him what a good boy he is. He truly was the most perfect boy - so sensitive, cheeky, wildly smart, hilarious, expressive. People would stop us in the street all the time just to love him and he loved them right back with his big, shiny smile. I started this account in 2013. I didn’t really know why. He somehow always gave me inspiration to try new things. Looking back, he saved my life more than once. Over a decade of booping, his silly antics and always protecting us with all his might. Thank you for loving him, thank you for making me feel a part of something, thank you for being a part of this whole journey. There will never be another one like Weston. 💔

New post ☝️ I put together a list of dog parks in Los Angeles that aren't overcrowded! Weston gets super overwhelmed at dog parks, especially if there are too many dogs. If he can't keep track of every dog, he seems to get aggressive + anxious 😞 but lately I've taken him to some quieter dog parks for 5-10 minutes and he's been doing SO well. I'm hoping to increase the time little by little and so far, I've seen a huge improvement. 🙌🏼 Fira, on the other hand, hates dogs + dog parks in general. Even if it's empty, she starts drooling and wants to leave asap. 🤷🏻‍♀️
