I'm trying to teach Merlin that when we are walking and about to cross the street, he has to sit and wait for me to tell him we can go. We usually do a practice sit before we leave the building. He does that perfectly. We get to the street, he won't sit for love nor money. LOL He's trying to lord his maculinity over me. HAHAHA

Look at that beautiful, innocent face! Who would've thought that my Merlin could be such a scamp! I was about to cook up some breakfast sausages, one of them fell. Quicker than a blink, Merlin grabbed it and ran with his stolen treasue to his bed so he could enjoy it in peace. LOL It's a good thing he's so cute.

Merlin wants you to know... Us furbabies like to be warm and snuggly. Give your furbaby a comfortable and warm bed. Consider using blankets or a heated pet bed to provide extra warmth.

Winters can be VERY cold for your furbaby. Watch for Signs of Hypothermia: Be aware of signs of hypothermia, such as shivering, lethargy, and difficulty walking. If you notice these signs, bring your dog indoors and contact your veterinarian.

Hi, Merlin here. My fur friends and I were talking and wanted to share some tips we had for our fur mama's and papa's.
No matter what breed we are, we need regular exercise to keep our physical and mental well-being. Daily walks, playtime, and interactive activities help prevent fatso fur babies, keep us entertained (so we don't misbehave), and strengthen the bond between us and you. Happy fur babies make happy fur mama's and papa's.

Does your doggie smell skunky?
Jump into action quickly with this recipe from the
American Kennel Club and the Canadian Kennel Club
· ¼ cup of baking soda
· 1-2 teaspoons of mild dishwashing detergent like Ivory Snow
· 1 quart of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution
· Mix in a bucket and use immediately
· Work the foaming mixture well into the coat
· Leave on for five minutes
· Rinse with warm water
· Follow with dog shampoo if desired

The liquid soap breaks up the oils in the skunk spray and allows the other ingredients in the solution to work their magic.
·
NOTE: Be careful around the dog’s eyes as this is a potent formula. DO NOT use a higher than 3% hydrogen peroxide solution as it may burn.
Mix it fresh, use it and discard it. If you store this mixture in a closed container it will explode. So please discard any left over.
