Hi all, just a quick post
if your dog is sick has an upset stomach or has a cough etc etc (not a long term illness that won’t affect other dogs) I’m going to have to refuse to take them.
This isn’t a new thing but sadly owners think they can disregard this rule so just making it clear.
Also can invoices be paid upon completion of the service by end of day.
If multiple throughout the week I’m happy for invoices to be paid on the last date of service.
Also sick horses that have an illness that will affect other animals or horses I will refuse service for. I’m not willing to put my other clients at risk.
