Special Needs Pets deserve Special Attentive Service

I have been a groomer for over a decade now. I love the energy of grooming salons. Sometimes certain circumstances and special needs call for house calls. I am methodical and slow, paying special attention to the messages your pet is conveying through his muscle tension, panting, body temperature, etc. Grooming can be stressful for pets, but it does not have to be. We will take as long as your dog needs to get him comfortable with the process, and you will be right there with him, offering comforting words and the security of your scent and presence. This is the joy of house call grooming.

House calls can also be helpful for disabled pet parents, people who work remotely from home and can’t leave, dogs who get car sick, people who have no vehicle, modest women who do not leave the home.

Grooming in your home means I come with my equipment, set up in your laundry room, bathroom, or temperature controlled garage, and groom your pet. I wash the dog in your tub or laundry tub, if you want your dog to have a bath. I have my own equipment and disinfectant to clean up your tub and floor afterwards. You are encouraged to sit and cheer your pet on, or you may choose to go about your normal activities which may be helpful if you are working. I will need an electrical outlet to plug in my dryer.
