Mommy calls this my purring noise. I love my morning scritches!

EDIT: 99.9% of the time my breathing is COMPLETELY SILENT. I visit my vet regularly and am in PERFECT HEALTH and do NOT need surgery. My mommy has had brachiocephalic breeds for 16 years and knows how to take excellent care of me. PLEASE STOP TROLLING OR YOU WILL BE BANNED.
