Happy New Year from Cuddly Critters!!
Here are some friendly reminders for 2023:
1. We will now be charging a late check out fee for every two hours past 11am on the day you return. This is to ensure that we are able to help as many customers with their pet sitting needs as possible.
2. We will be charging a one night cancelation fee for any bookings that are canceled with less than 1 week of notice.
3. We are both full time college students, so bookings during school involve us having to leave pets for chunks of time during the day, please keep that in mind when booking our services.
4. Check in visits are only offered for the Windsor/Severance area, but overnight stays are offered within a farther radius including Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland.
5. Please make sure to give us the correct dates and times when booking. We appreciate being informed if you are going to return earlier than discussed.
6. We typically book out months in advance. If you have a trip planned, please reach out to us as soon as possible to get on our schedule. Last minute bookings are harder for us to accommodate.
7. Please treat us with the same kindness and respect that we treat you with.
