Posted • Lost a library book? It doesn’t have to be a cat-astrophe.

That’s because public libraries in Massachusetts, US are accepting pictures of cats in return for late or damaged books.

The goal is to “get everyone back in the library” and “create a really low barrier” to get the fees forgiven.

The scheme is called “Felines for Fee Forgiveness!” and Worcester Public Library has had hundreds of items returned to them just days after it opened.

No pictures of me, mom, dad and mufasa this morning. I knocked over mom's camera an tripod and broke the lens. It was pretty hilarious. Mom and dad were laughing. Mufasa and I were not as amused. Mom already ordered a new lens. All is well. Merry Christmas!
