When you take a mumma and kittens in need and an old retro caravan, you get ‘cat a van cats’.
After accidentally falling into cat rescue we had to come up with somewhere safe for the cats to stay while they patiently waited for their new family’s to come along.
After some adjustments we managed to turn an old caravan into the perfect cat run. The cat a van is great because it gives the cats the opportunity to venture safely outdoors where they can feel the grass under their feet and the sun on their fur. The younger kittens love to play and hide in the many little nooks and crannies the cat a van has to offer while the more mature and sophisticated residents prefer to simply be tucked up warm and cosy on one of the cat a van beds.
Since then we have taken in and re homed various other cats, but there are so many more cats who need our help. This page has been created not only so the cats have a wider audience, but also to share the stories and profiles of other cats in need of finding a new home.
As we grow we are on the look out for new foster carers (don’t worry, you don’t need a caravan) as well as food, toys and bedding. And if you do happen to have an old caravan lying around, we will happily take it off your hands and turn it into a cat a van.
