This cat was just found at 300 west state street in Athens. He is very vocal and very friendly, possibly someone's pet. He is currently in our care and receiving veterinary attention. This sweet cat is a neutered male according to his veterinary team 😊

We were thrilled to see so many people come out to meet our puppies and kittens at Friendly Paws Pet Supplies & Grooming this past Sunday. Best of all, Trent (pictured) and Artie found their forever homes! ❤️

There is nothing better than seeing animals begin the next chapter of their lives with loving families, and we couldn't be more grateful to everyone who attended, supported the event, and helped make these adoptions possible.

Congratulations to Trent and Artie on their happy endings! 🏡🐶🐱💕

This has been a tough season for us and for many of our fellow rescues and shelters. Across our community, organizations are operating beyond capacity while doing everything possible to help animals in need.

Like so many others, we wish we could say "yes" to every animal that comes to our attention. The reality is that limited space, funding, and resources make that increasingly difficult.
