The end of a very busy bee year with memories bottled inside a beautiful 100 year old built- in cabinet.
Because sometimes is necessary to look back to appreciate and see how far we’ve come…something our little family of 4 learned this year;success is measured in the simple happiness that comes from admiring the effort it takes to accept change and embrace the wrinkles of life.

Honey Banana Muffins

Preheat oven 400 F
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl
Mix the last 6 in another bowl
Combine gently and place mixture in 12 muffin container ( greased)
Bake 18 minutes

* 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon coconut brown sugar

* 1/4 cup pure life farms dark honey
* 1 large egg or 2 small
* 2/3 cup oat milk or h**p milk
* 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips
