All sales are final unless DOA during shipping. Shipping cost is dependent on destination.

Shipping is currently done through Ship Your Reptiles, FedEx Overnight Priority. Unless stated otherwise, pricing does not include shipping. In the event of DOA, I must be notified, by email, or direct message within 30 minutes of FedEx delivery time. Photo will be required as well. If DOA is substantiated a full refund will be issued. Shipping is dependent on FedEx hub, I will check with my hub p

rior to shipping, if they expect delays I will not ship and will contact to reschedule. If a customer still would like to ship against Fedex, SYR, or my own recommendation, live arrival guarantee is void and no refunds will be issued.
