Meet Lola! She is Jacquimo’s (Mo’s) puppy roommate who I am now going to be walking in addition to Mo. Today we had a solo walk just so we could get to know each other a little better, but on Monday I will try walking her and Mo together. Pray for me! 😂

Even more cats! This is Lemoine (1st pic) and Roar (2nd). They live with Mr. Pickles, who is apparently shy and only shows his face as I am walking out the door, so I don’t have any pictures of him. And then also Seth, who decided he would rather spend the holiday outdoors, as he wouldn’t come in before his mom left on her trip. So I haven’t seen him this visit. Lemoine always comes out for some lovin’. (And let’s be real, treats.) They are a funny bunch.

Besides all the cats and dogs I’ve already posted pics of, today (one day only) I also have this sweetie, Marty. Marty has a roommate named Cutie who I have never seen (shy cat). Marty finally decided this visit that I’m ok and allowed some pets.

Yes, there are more cats!!!! Also on my schedule this weekend is frequent client Enzo. He seems to be going through some phase of enjoying hiding behind curtains, because both yesterday and today that is where I have found him. So cute!

Next up in the cavalcade of cats is Gamgee and Victoria. Gamgee is one of my favorite clients because he’s super friendly and sweet and always crawls into my lap for some lovin. He’s also quite photogenic, as you can see.

Victoria, his roommate, is sweet but very very shy. Yesterday was actually the first time she’s come to sniff and greet me when I arrived for the first visit. She usually runs and hides and I rarely see her except when she is eating. Hoping this means she is finally getting used to me.

Next in the holiday cavalcade of cats are my neighbor-cats Linus and Charlie, who are frequent flyers. They are older guys and are both so sweet.

(Not pictured is Tang, our collective neighborhood outdoor orange tabby who goes to everyone’s porch begging for food. I gave him some kibble this morning too.)

It’s 9 AM and I have already made four pet sitting appointments this morning since waking up at 6:30 with the dog (Chloe) that I’m sleeping with. It’s a 13 appointment kind of day, mostly clustered around breakfast and dinner except for Chloe.

Pictured here are long time client Coco and roommate Amalfi. I love this picture of Coco, because she really is a very grumpy cat who mostly hisses and swats at me when I visit, and I feel like this photo really captures her personality. Sometimes she warms up to me after a few days, but we are clearly not there yet. 😂 I still love her though.

And so begins the holiday cavalcade of pets (mostly cats). This is Mr. Pink. He is a new client and is absolutely one of the softest cats I’ve ever petted. He’s very sweet and affectionate and I think we are going to have a lovely time hanging out on my visits.

Just spent the past few days watching these two cuties - Buddy and Miss Helen. Mr. Buddy is actually quite good for a four month old puppy but he has way more energy than I do and wore me out! Can’t wait to see how giant he ends up when he’s full grown!!

I am kitten (and cat) sitting this weekend! I’d forgotten how hilarious kittens can be! This is Kira (pics 1-3) and her roommate Giles (pic 4) who is think 4 years old. They are my neighbor-cats.

Been looking in on this sweetie pie Gamgee (first 4 pics) and his roommate Victoria (last pic) for a few days. Gamgee is a total ham, as you can see, and also has a shoe fe**sh. 😂 Victoria is shy and it’s a major accomplishment just to lay eyes on her at all aside from when she’s eating.

I got to visit with my old friends Gus and Milo last night!! They used to be every day walkers until one of their moms retired last year. I did see them socially last week but this was the first time in a year that I got to hang out with them and take Gus for a walk! (Milo doesn’t like walks.) I love them so!

Y’all!! I’m in love!! Meet my new 3-month old Spaniel/Hound mix puppy client Chloe!!

It’s been a minute since I’ve had such a young pup on my schedule. I started yesterday and I’ll be seeing her twice a day, at least while she’s so young, so her parents can work. She’s just learning how to walk on a leash and still working on housetraining, but she’s the sweetest, gentlest, calmest puppy I’ve ever met!

Expect lots more pics of this one as she grows!

(Also, with her now on my schedule 2x/day, my walking schedule is back to being mostly full… at least until June when another of my daily clients is moving. Thank you, Universe!)

More cats!! I started one more yesterday - my sweet feline friends Tilly, Pinkle and Frankie! I was surprised that Frankie greeted me when I arrived, because she usually hides from me under the bed the entire time. 😂 The other two are total hams, so I’m sure there will be more pictures of them.

Another of my many petsits this week - my sweet feline client Midnight (pictured here enjoying her favorite window perch) and her outdoor friends Skippy Jon (second pic) and Percy (who hasn’t let me get a pic yet). They are all kind of skittish - I rarely see Skippy Jon and Percy - but Midnight has warmed up to me finally and now flops down on the floor in front of me and lets me pet her. 😻 They are frequent Uptown clients.

Just finished up with these two adorable felines, Victoria (black) and Gamgee (tuxedo).

Gamgee is a total ham and such a sweety; he was obsessed with my shoes! Victoria is a very shy scaredy-cat so it wasn’t until TODAY, on my very last visit, that she came out and sniffed me and touched my fingers, and then posed on her cat tree! Most of the times I visited, she hid under the bed after eating her food. I tried my best and was delighted she finally came out this morning!
