I don’t have any words at the moment. We lost Omid tonight. It was his heart and gall bladder. It happened so fast. We are still numb. The last picture is his girlfriend who we lost a few years ago. Go get her, buddy! Kiss her from us.

Fighting diabetes and Cushing’s is hard. Hard on all of us. But our boy is a CHAMP!!

I haven’t posted in awhile. We found out a little over a month ago that Omid has diabetes. He hasn’t been responding to insulin. Did more testing and confirmed he also has Cushing’s. Next up is seeing an internist/specialist.

The top patch is from where we had a libre device to track his (blood sugar). The bottom patch is a result of Cushing’s, losing hair.
