Homer and I went to Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic LLC this afternoon. We met a new vet...Dr. Roberson...she was really nice, especially since she didn't poke me with a needle on this visit. Of course, Homer likes everyone. He did get poked but purred the whole time we were there. We liked Mickey too...she gives good pets 😸 I let Homer be examined first, and I have to say it's a wonder the scales worked after they weighed him...that meatball is 18 lbs! I was only 15.4lbs. Well, hopefully I won't be going back for a year. I did come away with some antibiotics though, because I was blowing snot out of my nose.

This is Homer. I know this is Elsie's page 😸 but I just went to Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic LLC and wanted to post about it. I'm really laid back when I go. Everyone loves me so I get lots of pets, butt scratches, and snuggles. I like Dr. Seiler...he's a kind and cool dude, even if I didn't enjoy him putting that stuff in my eyes and nose. The vet tech, Carly, was really nice too. And I even saw my first foster mom, Jenny, while I was there. But my main reason for this post....drum roll please...I lost 1lb 2oz (I'm 16.1 now). I'm now only a couple more ounces than Elsie, and she gains instead of loses, so I might even weigh less than her now. So yay me!

I have a new house, thanks to Aunt Sandy...it's awesome! My last house wouldn't even be considered a fixer upper...it's scheduled for demolition.

I had to go back to Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic LLC , this time for my rabies shot. Dr. Jones and NaKeisha were nice. I sure hope I'm done for a while...like for years!

Wow...I can't believe this traumatic event was 7 years ago! Polly dropped me off to stay with some strangers. I was scared, but the people were nice to me. I went to sleep, and when I woke up, I had a pain in my belly. Then after I went home with Polly, I had to wear the cone of shame for like 10 days!

Well, I just got back home from Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic LLC. I was happy that Polly could go in with me this time. I liked the new vet, Dr. Jones, even though she gave me an FVRCP shot. As usual, there was some discussion about my weight. I don't get it... first of all, I think I'm fine as is (I gained an ounce).... second, Polly is feeding all 3 of us "weight management" crap food and we rarely get treats. I'm not going to say this is animal cruelty, but come on...give us something yummy!

UPDATE: Polly must have been concerned about my "animal cruelty" comment because she gave us some canned food tonight 😋
