Please can everyone make sure they send across any outstanding bank transfer payments to the Monzo account. Whether these are deposits, fees or because you couldn’t get cash out.

Please could everyone booked in tomorrow and Saturday bring cash, just a reminder we do not currently have a card machine. There is a cash machine in the premier and Sainsburys. Thanks so much ❤️🎅🏼

Today I have started sending the texts for 2025 appointments for block bookers :) remember you can change these closer to the time we just ask for as much notice as you can (policy is 24hrs or more) and please reply to the text if you need any changing. There are A LOT so bare with me if yours haven’t been sent yet they will get sent this week ❤️

Nearly fully for Christmas 2025 (yep, you saw right 2025 😱🥰)

For anyone who block booked 2025 I will be sending you your appointments this week if I haven’t already, I just haven’t had the time yet with Christmas madness and poorly babies.

If you haven’t requested this yet (in person or online) please message the day of the week preferred and interval between grooms.

Please note we don’t have many Saturdays or Christmas week 2025 left. As we always say we do book up a year in advance for these usually so this is your reminder ❤️🎄Thanks for keeping us busy 😘

🎄❄️🎁DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS🎁❄️🎄- This is boring but important. Please read carefully …

DROPPING OFF

Please attend your appointments on time we are working back to back so will be working on a dog right before and after you.

PICKING UP

Please pick up on time, if you need more than 15 minutes notice please let us know- we don’t use cages and can’t hold extra dogs as we will be starting the next groom. There will be a baby sitting charge for late pick ups which have not been agreed upon before hand.

NO SHOW and CANCELLATION

The charge for a no show or cancellation that is less than 24 hours before your appointment is 100% of the groom. We have a waiting list and tight scheduling during this period, we would not be able to get another groom in quick enough if you do not show without communication.

REMINDERS

You will get your usual reminder text however please remember this is a complimentary service we provide and failure for the software to send it does not absolve you from any fees. Please ensure you know your appointment details and put them in your personal diary/ calendar.

MATTS

As normal please check your dogs coat regularly and brush and comb daily, you must inform us before the appointment if your dog is matted. Please bear in mind that dealing with matting takes longer and we cannot exceed your appointment time.
