Ann's Angels Ann's Angels is a small group in Chanute, KS. Our main focus is on local animals in danger. Ann's Angels is a small,state licensed canine rescue in Chanute, KS.

All the dogs I take in are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested, crate trained, housebroken (or working on it) and fully temperament tested before being adopted out. They all live in the house with my family. Ann's Angels runs solely out of our pocket and through private donations. Today has been amazing!!! Huge thank you to everyone that donated, volunteered and came out to see us!! We raised a little over $800 to buy supplies plus a bunch of donated treats and toys. Thank you all so much!! We will purchasing a scale for the shelter to keep track of weight on the neglected and abused animals that come into the shelter.

**She was able to go back home with her family!! She AND her Momma were SOOOOO happy!!**

This gorgeous girl lived her entire life in a home where she was obviously very loved and even though she did nothing wrong, life happened and she was surrendered to the City of Chanute Animal Shelter . She is absolutely petrified down there and needs a family to take her home where she feels safe again. She just wants to be close to you once she knows you aren't going to hurt her and loves to sit in your lap. She knows sit and shake and has kept the inside portion of her kennel clean, so we would guess she is housetrained. She is fully vetted, so her adoption fee is only $12. She's a perfect Schmedium sized girl, weighing around 35-40 pounds. Message me if interested in this sweet baby and I would be happy to meet you at the shelter to introduce you to her.

My God, if the look on this poor girl's face doesn't say it all I don't know what will. She was surrendered to the Chanute, KS shelter today for unknown reasons and she is clearly heartbroken. She is said to be Spayed, good with kids, cats and dogs, housetrained and current on Rabies. Poor baby is so sad... Look at her pictures. I'm sitting here in tears as I write this. I can feel her pain through the phone.

Dogs WILL die tomorrow at Noon because there simply isn't enough room and people keep letting them breed or letting them run loose and not reclaiming, or bringing a banned breed into town. My heart honestly can't take much more. Please can someone make room in their life for this precious girl??

These 3 handsome boys are looking for a family to save them. They are currently at Chanute, KS Animal Shelter and it is filling up fast. They need a hero to give them a home. Al cannot be adopted to a city with a breed ban.

All 3 of these boys are sweet as can be. You can email [email protected] to fill out an application. Adoption fee is $92 but you get $80 back after sending in proof of MANDATORY Neuter and Rabies vaccine.

❤️❤️ADOPTED TOGETHER!!❤️❤️

These 2 dogs were abandoned at a vet's office in Chanute, KS by their owner. They have done nothing wrong and certainly don't deserve to die because they had a heartless owner. They need to leave as soon as possible. They have been there for a month and will be euthanized on June 7 without an adopter or rescue. They are super friendly and up to date on all vaccines. Athena is already Spayed and they have a sponsor that will pay to Neuter Duke before he leaves. Both are current on vaccines as well. Please let me know if you have room for one of these sweet babies.
