As promised, here's Atticus' Deshedding Bath video. This really was an impressive work up, I must say! His total time in the tub and brushing out/blowing out after he was dry was approximately 1 hr 50 min (that's not counting his actual drying time)! Whew!

Today I traveled to Raleigh to compete in two grooming competitions this weekend! My husband came with me, and we brought our own Dachshund, Harold. He and one of my grooming competition dogs, Toby, blew off some steam upon our arrival at the hotel.

It's video time - Rufus came in for a groom today and by the end, he was fighting to stay awake! This boy has come a long way, and it's such a pleasure to see him wagging his tail while on the grooming table! 💜
Chelsea, a blind senior Cairn Terrier, has been boarding with AKC. After being groomed today she and I made a quick video clip!

After fighting with my video editing software, I finally got it working - thank you for your patience! Here's a 3 minute video showing just how effective the professional bathing process can be for heavy shedding breeds! Ladies and gentlemen, meet Rocky, a Shepherd mix with lots of fur to spare!
I am so proud of Rufus - he had a great day at AKC, and deserves a big round of applause! This video compilation shows just how important it is to work with your pets at home, and to keep regular grooming schedules. Great job and congratulations, Rufus and family!
