ok. So I know I have been distant with a lot of you for a long time. I been dealing with some bu****it. So. I have decided. F**k these people. I am going to use my friends. My network. To expose these people because they continue to try to expose me. And if you are going to try to sue me. I may as well make it worth it.
So here is what I have been dealing with. Share this. F**k these people.
have a very long story. I was with my ex from 2010-2016 when I left her.
She is prior military. I am prior military. Her ex husband is prior military. This will become important later.
She threatened to have my clearance taken if I left her because she wanted child support. I left her in 2016 because of infidelity on her part( documented) while I was overseas and was immediately met with a restraining order from her. She dismissed it voluntarily.
In 2017 ; immediately after I filed for custody. I received a restraining order from her then boyfriend. I went to court and beat the restraining order because I didn’t do anything. I have a notarized statement from this man’s wife that disputes everything he claims. Also. When he came to court he came with a woman who was not his wife.
In 2018 when we go to court; this same woman is not the attorney for my ex. She used the case to mention these restraining orders as evidence during my custody case. I received a little less than 50/50 custody due to the fact that my exs mother testified on my behalf.
I start digging because this does not make sense. I tell my attorneys at the time that I feel like I am being set up. I ask my ex to stop trying to set me up with my attorneys cced in the emails. The court appointed parenting coordinator was also cced in these emails.
In 2018 I was met with a restraining order from my exs daughter. As well as criminal charges. I went to court and fought both. Won both.
I look at these restraining orders and they are both written in the same exact hand. This is impossible as these two people would have no connection other than the attorney of my ex.
I research. I find that the boyfriend and the attorney used to work together at the Bank of America in 2007-2008 prior to her becoming an attorney. My ex also works in the banking industry and this is how all three of these people know each other.
I go get the paperwork professionally analyzed. Perfect match.
I continue to tell these attorneys what’s happening and no one will speak to the judge. I continue to get met with personal threats of civil lawsuits by the attorney for me trying to tell the truth about what she is doing. In 2018. In 2019.
I get met with a psychological evaluation by the attorney against me.
Stating that I was making it all up and was delusion. PTSD was mentioned as well. Trying to use my military background against me.
I tell my attorney at the time that I would gladly take it because I had the evidence to prove what I am saying is true.
We get to court and she dismissed it. I knew it was an attempt to cover her actions and she was scared the judge was finally going to see what happened.
I get met with more personal emails from her ignoring my counsel with threats of civil suits for stating the truth.
I have had 5 attorneys through this ordeal from 2017-2022.
Two; in emails; have had to warn her to stop contacting me directly with these personal threats as I was represented.
I had one of my attorneys quit via email stating that they did not feel I could have a fair trial because of this attorneys personal involvement.
I file a bar complaint against this attorney in 2022 with all the evidence I had, her slandering me via email in front of future witnesses she used against me including school officials; she( via email) removed my son from therapy right after we received a report he was stressed. The hand writing analysis that showed they were written by the same person which was consistent with the writing on the psychological evaluation. Everything.
She was removed from the case.
I do not know what happened because I am not a member of the bar.
I have now been met with a personal civil suit by this attorney for damages she say happened because she was punished by the bar.
She then filed a civil suit for defamation of character.
I have two lawsuits just like she threatened she would do when she is responsible for setting me up to begin with.
She has denied ever knowing this man or ever helping him write the restraining order anything.
She has denied ever writing the daughter’s restraining order.
The work history says different. The handwriting analysis would make that statement impossible.
Further more. When I went to these restraining orders I took with me a character witness who witnessed this attorney present with the ex boyfriend.
How is this not extortion and an abuse of the civil filing process???
I have spent well over 100k to fight for my son through all this and I honestly have nothing left. I do not know the law and can not continue to keep getting bullied by these people because I fought for my child and gained 50/50. And I also used all my legal chanels to expose the wrong doings that have affected my son, this case and myself.
Recently. She continues to contact me by email sending me all sort of legal requests bullying me after repeated attempts to ask her to stop contacting me.
I told her I was going to go to the police and she told me via email that I would be met with another lawsuit.
I have done over 30 combat deployments for this country. I am hurt now because of it. All I have done is fight for my son. This is not right and I am asking for help Please re-post this. Share this. You can post it to what ever public forum you want. These people can kiss my whole ass. A crooked attorney should never be able to get away with conspiring with her friends to set someone up trying to be a father and then extort them.
So if anyone has access to an attorney that can file a counter suit. That would be dope.
