Heaven gained the purest soul today and our little girl Topsy gained her wings after a stint of illness 💔 Just going to ask people don’t mention it over the next couple of weeks as it’s going to be painful for us all 💜

⭐️ A note re cancellations: ⭐️

As we are so busy unfortunately we cannot move spaces with less than 48 hours notice and often the moved space offered will be at a later date.

If you cancel on the day or are not available when we arrive for your appointment we will not be offering a further slot sorry! This does not apply to genuine emergencies.

You are more than welcome to ring on the day to see if any available appointments or cancellation.

At the moment we are only taking on new small breed clients for grooming and daycare. A deposit is being taken to secure bookings. This can be done via cash or card 💜

We are recommending all our lovely clients book their next appointment on the day of their last before leaving 🩷

Dog grooming is a real odd job. You meet these people who pay you for your time. Then over the visits you start chatting, you somewhere along the lines start noticing things about their pets lumps bumps off days. The timer stops… The months turn into years and you know them pretty well, they know you pretty well. Some of their dogs you have looked after longer than your own pets. They’re not your pets but for that two hour period when they’re with you they are. As dog groomers mostly we out live our of fur clients and we know this going into the job. I remember Dexters dad booking him in years ago and I confidently said yeah I do spaniels .. at this point I probably hadn’t but hey it’s just a bigger Shihtzu 😂🤦‍♀️ Itl be fine let’s wing it. He had been coming to me since my daughter was like four and tomorrow she goes to her prom 🩷 I found out Dexter gained his wings yesterday. I mean saying I’m sorry doesn’t cut it really. Dexter you will be missed it was a pleasure 💔

Please can we remind people to ring or text to book as we have missed many a WhatsApp over the last few week and Facebook appointments do not work. Usually you get the phone call or a text but when you go to get them and you know it’s going to be their last groom. It’s so bloody sad. Most of our clients have been with us 9 plus years. We see them every few weeks. We notice the little changes. We will miss you 💙

Hi guys we are getting a lot of new clients coming through so we would just like to let you know how it works 🩷
⭐️ Most of our work is collection based. You will be quoted a price which includes collection.
⭐️ We tend to collect 4/5 dogs at a time usually around 9am and bring everyone home between 2/3.
⭐️ If it’s your first appointment we will usually ask you to place a deposit. This is non - refundable and non transferable.
⭐️ We offer payments to be made in cash, payment link or card. We do not except bank transfers sorry.

⭐️Hey guys I’m so sorry we haven’t kept up to date with the photographs. We are extremely busy with the weather picking up. Most groomers ask you to book your next appointment before you leave but as you all know due to our other businesses we have to be flexible. So at this point we are asking people to book around two weeks in advance and understand there may be a slight wait but we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible. With the warmer weather we expect delays this is due to wanting to keep the dogs comfortable around warm dryers. 🥵You can rest assure your dog whilst they are with us will have plenty of opportunity to potty, a fresh water supply and your more than welcome to send them in with snacks. 💦🐾💜
