Con Cara's is please to announce that our girl Ruby ( OHeavens and Con Cara Queen of Tarts ) finished the NOHS year as # 2 Otterhound with 765 points . She received over 45 group placements including 2 NOHS Best in Shows. Thanks to everyone involved.

Ruby picks up another Owner Handler G2 and 2-G4's to keep her #1 Owner Handled Otterhound

Long over due update on what Con Cara Kennels has been up to. Ruby, is still working on nose work classes. We tried barn hunt and fast cat. Tried our hand at UKC. Reserve Best in Show and 10 points short of championship. IABCA International Champion. Award of Merit at Otterhound National Specialty and owner handler breed. She has earned:
2 owner handler group 1’s
4 owner handler group 2’s
1 owner handled group 3
5 owner handled group 4’s.
1 regular group 4
She finished the 2022-23 AKC Owner Handler Otterhound at # 8.
She currently has 200 points for the 2023-24 season.
We want to especially thank Nancy and Karmen Lange of OHEAVENS for all their support and inclusion of their litter.

Just back from LOUISVILLE REGIONAL. Had a great time with old friends and new. congratulations plz to all the new champions. Ruby’s first regional at 11 months. Winners Bitch ( 5 point major) Best of Winners, Reserve Winners Bitch two days and Best Puppy in Sweepstakes.
