Meet Timber! He is an 1 year and 1 month old male Great Dane who weighs roughly 100 lbs.
Timber is a super sweet pup that loves everyone, whether two or four legged. He does have HOD (hypertrophic osteodystrophy), which makes his gait a little odd, but doesn't cause him any pain. Timber will need to be on joint supplements the rest of his life.
Timber does love to play and would benefit from another dog similar in size in the home. He doesn't really understand cats but generally ignores them, so he would be okay in a home with cats. He enjoys going on walks each day and if he can play in water, he would be in heaven!
Timber is still a puppy and will occasionally chew on things he shouldn't, but he is easy to correct and redirect to toys or bones. He is crate trained, but the foster family has been leaving him out when gone and he has been very well behaved!
Timber is housebroken and already working on commands like sit and down. He loves all people...especially if they would cuddle with him. He does get a bit nervous if a swarm of children surround him, but who wouldn't right?!? He would do well with children due to his sweet personality. He is always eager to give kisses and please his humans.
For all that he has been through, Timber has an amazing personality and sweet disposition. Any family would be extremely happy with this wonderful boy!

Meet Isabelle! She is a 1 year and 10-month-old female Great Dane who is ready to find her forever home.
She is a BIG fan of toys especially playing with stuffed animals and chasing after a frisbee or tennis balls. She is NOT food aggressive and would do well with training, especially using treats to motivate her.
When meeting new people, she needs a little time to warm up, but she loves humans once she is ready to play or snuggle on the couch. She has been around kids and has done great, so she would need to have a meet n greet to make sure she is a good fit for you and your family!
For other animals, she does like other dogs and would do well with a playmate. But Isabelle thinks cats are run to chase, so she would do best in a home with no cats. Isabelle is house and crate trained.
Isabelle is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations and negative for heartworms. Her adoption fee is $400.

Timber has the sweetest demeanor and loves people! He really likes meeting new people and does well with other dogs and cats. He really enjoys playing for awhile then will snuggle with his humans and Great Dane foster brother on the couch.
He goes into the crate very easily, but we don't recommend he is kept in the crate for long periods of time. He has had some pee accidents, but we believe it is due to having an UTI and completing his antibiotics this week.
Although his limbs may look unusual and painful, it doesnโt cause him any discomfort and doesnโt slow him down! He does tire a little faster than the normal Dane pup, but he does his best to keep up and loves to play!

โ He is food motivated and a very quick learner. He quickly picked up he must sit and wait for the โokayโ to eat his meals.
โ He has a sensitive stomach which we believe is related to chicken, so he is fed a fish protein dry dog food.
โ He had some separation anxiety at first, but he has started to settle while his foster mom is away. He loves his frozen kongs and treats.
โ He loves going on walks and is working on his leash manners.
