Fetch Mobile Dog Spaw

This is Brinkley. He is my parents 14 year old Border Collie Mix.   2 weeks ago, Brinkley was walking around the kitchen and all of a sudden, he began to walk sideways and fell hard on the floor convulsing. This was his FIRST TIME EVER HAVING A SEIZURE! Brinkley started to decline after that. Appetite gone, minimal eye contact, hard to stimuli and had a total of 3 seizures.
