Videos

Yoga with horses is awesome, but it is important to also have a self practice. Just working on being more aware without distraction can help you when you begin to bring your equine partner into the picture. In this video we just do a few yoga postures to help "wake up" your awareness to your breath, as well as what you are feeling inside your body. Enjoy, and I am hoping to get some ground postures with Bruiser on here shortly!

Intro to Horse Yoga - Building the Foundation

Still learning how to do this video thing, but wanted to start letting others know how Bruiser and I go about doing Horse Yoga. We will both get better at this - promise! And if you are thinking "she should have at least brushed him before videoing".....trust me, I tried! It is mud season here in TN and he is enjoying being filthy :) I am very curious to know what you discover about your horse after doing a little "observation yoga" - post your comments below!
