The next big thing that happened with my kennel this summer was taking in a pack. Six dogs in total. All the dogs had the same dad, and two different moms. Two boys where a year and a half, and two boys, two girls where about 4 months. It was a wild ride to get them to look and act like healthy dogs. So many sleepless nights, early mornings, distorted floors, and the incredible feeling of seeing my hard work pay off. I couldn’t have done this without the love and support of my family 💗 I feel so lucky…so many baths… so much p*e 😭

I know it’s been to long since I’ve posted, life got a little wild for a moment. Now I’m able to get my breath. We do have some sad news that I was not ready to share yet.

My first Japanese Spitz Micka passed this summer as I was bringing home all the rescues. She had an amazing last day playing, and running around. She had been struggling with arthritis. At the end of the day she laid down to finally rest her body after it had done so much, and brought so much love and joy to this world. she is missed, and still loved.

Normally I try to post weekly updates with the puppies. Our family, and our kennel has had a hard week. Our beautiful old girl Nikita was laid to rest on Friday. She was the kindest, sweetest puppy. Anna my oldest (the one in the photo) was her number one person. I’ll stop crying soon, and pack her things away before the kids come home from Christmas vacation, but this week, for now it’s about remembering my snuggle bug. Give an extra treat to your fur babies today, and I’ll do the same.
