Stop by this Saturday 8am-1pm and visit farmers and their locally grown produce, handmade artisan breads, free range eggs, mushrooms, fruit, pasture raised meat, mead, fresh pressed juice, foraged food, coffee, honey, plant starts and more. Kids get carrot cash! Bring a friend meet at the market!

Any way youâd eat a green onion you can eat these delicious garlic scapes. Rub them with olive oil and throw them on the bbq. Put them in scrambles, in stir fry, in salad dressing, mix them with cream cheese, make pesto! Just have fun with them! They are a seasonal treat!! YUM!!

Tomato tar hands after pruning.
Tomato tar is part of the tomato plants defense system that makes an oil like substance to prevent insects from walking on them. It is amazingly difficult to clean off. The water is a murky yellow that runs off your skin while scrubbing.

Today I took care of the garlic, enjoyed the blue sky and clouds, felt the wind and just was consumed with gratitude that this is my job. My hope is that whatever youâre doing on this planet makes you happy too.

Jack Grew This!
Despite having one of the most busiest summers ever, Jack our resident 12-year-old farmer was able to successfully grow a small crop of spaghetti squash. He had marmot, deer, and mice problems. He was off farm traveling with his family, and yet the squash survived!!
And a Big Big Thank You to Bryonyâ¤ď¸ and Karen White â¤ď¸ for supporting his efforts! I really really appreciate our farm supporters!

This crawfish in the American 1900âs would have been called a craw doo-dad. I just call them an another Amazing Creature. At the end of the vid the crawfish shoots off so fast!
