I’m yet to meet anyone that can resist puppy dog eyes, especially when they’re from such beautiful labradors!

I’ve been lucky enough to care for Phoebe & Amber for a fair few years now, getting to know their routine, habits & needs thoroughly. One of the highlights of my job is getting those big tail wags when I open the door to see my regulars after not seeing them for a little while. Whilst these two are always happy to see me, I can guarantee I’m happier to see them. The most wonderful girls.

What’s better than 1 dog?

Yep, you guessed right, it’s 3 dogs! Different breeds, ages, personalities - all from the same family & all so incredibly lovable. Some of my favourite memories have been with these characters.

Hello you lovely lot - long time no speak!

Hoping that you’ve all been keeping well & your lovely four-legged ones have been keeping you busy. I just wanted to drop in with a little update regarding life & the future of Harbour Hounds.

I’m currently studying to become a veterinary nurse which many of you know has been a dream of mine for a while, which I’m truly over the moon about. Since I last updated you, I’ve also bought my first home, gained a furry dog-son called Jasper & married my partner, Mark, in May of this year. So yeah, it’s been busy!

All of the above has led Harbour Hounds to have to take a backseat in my life for a little while. I’ve still been doing overnight stays & drop-in visits where possible, but it’s not been my priority recently. Saying that…

Harbour Hounds was always a little dream of mine & it’s something I don’t think I’ll ever stop. I’d like to re-open my books to new clients for overnight care & drop-in visits. This is super exciting for me & I can’t wait to meet some new faces. 2024 is looking pretty full already but please do feel free to drop me a message - I’ll always help where I can.

This handsome boy is Wes & I was lucky enough to spend some time with him recently whilst his parents got married. He even got to go & drop in on the big day so that he could star in some photos! Safe to say that he was a very special guest & everyone loved seeing him.

Our 2022 diary is open & ready for bookings!

If you’re looking ahead to next year to have some well deserved time away but are worried about leaving your pets - drop us a message & we’d be more than happy to help. Whether it’s a few days or a couple of weeks, we’re able to work around you.

Our pet sitting service allows your animals to stick to their normal routine, have as little disruption as possible & receive all the love, attention & care that they’d usually get! We’re able to provide regular updates, FaceTime appointments & photos/videos so that you know they’re having as much fun as you whilst you’re away. We’re also more than happy to have a free, no obligation consultation to see if our service would work for you.

2022 is already looking pretty busy, so please enquire as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. There are a few available dates left for 2021 but they are very limited.
