Tiny Loving Canines (TLC) We will do whatever it takes, within our means, to save a dog's life. We have lost our lease and have gone back to mobile adoptions via our rescue rig.

We show our dogs and puppies up for adoption on Saturdays at various locations. Please check the calendar on our website at http://www.tinylovingcanines.org/calendar.html or look for the event posted here in Facebook for our next adoption event location.

I need those willing to testify (either in person or simply in writing here) as to my character and what I have done.

I have a stalker that has been stalking me since August 2022, both online and she has done some threatening in public as she lives here locally. I have been accused by her in public as being a 'scam artist' (due to the not-factual demise of us having to leave the rescue center when one of the volunteers kept leaving the water buckets to overflow causing the damage to the unit beneath us)... A 'con artist'... An 'animal hoarder' (she has never been to our property in TN here, but now retired, we do still have some of the dogs we could not get adopted when I retired and Paul Nelson has his herd of goats, 6 barn cats and a small flock of guineas, plus my exotic birds I can finally now have in retirement)... A 'liar' and a 'thief'... There are other claims she has made in public forums that I don't feed my animals or take care of them...

I finally filed for a protection order against this individual after she threatened Paul and I in a restaurant on March 12th as we were eating out dinner...

I have a hearing on Thursday, March 28th at 9AM.

This has been going on now for 21 months since I (stupidly) agreed to temporarily foster a momma cat and 4 kittens someone had barricaded under a house and then threw a copperhead in there with them, as their form of euthanasia. It was to be for only a week and at 5 weeks, I was pushing this person about the needed vaccines, she wanted us to keep the 5 felines, but we had 6 barn cats and did not need anymore. She had wanted to get legal and file for a 501(c)3 --- which I agreed to do and did help her do the paperwork --- but she wanted me to be on her board of directors and I declined (3 times). At the last time, aware of her turbulent persona, I finally said I did not want to be associated with her and the stalking began, both online and offline.

So, if you are willing to testify (in person at the Justice Center) or here in writing as to my character and/or what TLC has meant to you, I would appreciate your support.

Today is the 10 year anniversary of the official opening of the rescue shop at the Simi Town Center... Hard to believe so many things have happened in the past 10 years... Barbra Jean Walsh Williamson came out to cut the official ribbon...

Just goes to show you that you have NO real clue what tomorrow will bring, and especially when you look back years later you are amazed at what transpires - generally NOTHING like you thought it would be!

Our Story

TLC worked diligently for 8 years to bring about No-Kill in Ventura County, California. During this time we saved over 3,000 unwanted and homeless dogs and puppies. At the end of 2017, the Director relocated from California to Tennessee and retired from actively running the largest (in volume) rescue in the county to sharing her experience, strength and knowledge to rescue folks in her new community. Stay tuned as this new pathway in TLC’s journey unfolds!
