Full Moon Farm Full Service Equestrian Facility Our lesson program is focused on providing a safe and enjoyable family atmosphere for learning.

Located in beautiful Carroll County, Maryland Full Moon Farm is a family owned and operated full service equine facility convenient to Reisterstown, Westminster and Ellicott City. The farm encompasses 200 acres within a short hack of the Liberty Reservoir watershed and includes an 60' x 180' indoor, a 80' x 160 foot lighted outdoor arena, a 200' x 400 outdoor arena, and a cross country course with

a water complex, bank complex, ditches, trakheners and obstacles from elementary through intermediate. We have the instructors, horses, and facilities to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced and our students range from dedicated competitors who ride everyday to beginning riders who ride once a week. A few reminders to our home riders as we finalize preparations for the horse trials tomorrow:

The cross country course is closed today! You are welcome to walk on the driveway only.

Please do not ride in the dressage rings in the big outdoor today Riders are welcome to school in the warm-up area only.

The indoor and little outdoor rings are available when not reserved for scheduled lessons. Please pay attention to the board so you know where you can ride and when.

Good luck to all of the competitors in the fall for trials tomorrow!

The FMF Fall.Horse Trial is this Sunday, 11/9/2025, and we would still love to have some additional volunteers...adults and kids!
We would also love to have some additional parking staff!

No experience is needed and we can train on the spot!

The Holiday's are fast approaching and we are grateful to have amazing riders and boarders/lessees who volunteer on holidays, to allow our staff to spend more time with their families. If you are available to help out, please sign up here! Even if you think you don't know what you're doing... We'll find something you can help out with— whether that be giving hay, water, sweeping, raking, or just supervising your kids!
