I’m absolutely heartbroken to be sharing this news.
I know there are a lot of people who absolutely adored this boy, such a character!

He has been with us since day one, he was part of my family and Fentons best pal.
He loved to love and be loved. I rekon his two favourite things in the world were food and absolutely gigantic sticks.

Forever in our hearts Leo, love you big guy, sleep tight ###

Our handsome model Iggy showing off the Equafleece Summer Suit.

The guys at Harrys Treats on Portobello High Street will happily sort your dog out with one of their own.

Here’s some information on them:
‘Designed to help us cope with the wet summers, the water-repellent Summer Suit is a fabulous garment. It can also help keep your dog clean in muddy conditions.

Made from a super-stretchy technical fabric, similar in look and feel to cotton T-shirting, but wicking and with a really good degree of water-repellence. Whilst it isn't 100% rainproof, a number of customers have told us it has been showerproof on their dogs.

Originally conceived as a Tick Suit, this garment is designed to be a bit more fitting without being tight, made easy by the elasticity of the fabric. As a result, it won’t be a problem if your dog happens to briefly take to the water, though it’s certainly no wetsuit!’

One of our pups owners has just shared this with me, please be cautious if you use Northfield Square 😞 thankfully the dog is alright but it’s incredibly frightening that this is lying around.

“Earlier this afternoon, I was at Northfield Square with my dog, and I noticed that she was sniffing/eating something. When I went closer, I noticed these pink pellets in the grass. I wasn’t sure what they were, so I took a photo of them and quickly Googled it. It came up as rat poison, along with some articles and similar photos of pink pellets about dogs being poisoned. I phoned the vet and was advised to take her in quickly. She was given an injection, which made her sick, and luckily, it didn’t look like she consumed any of the poison. She is fine and is recovering from her injection, but please be aware of this and look out for these pink pellets. I don’t know who leaves poison in a park where it’s known that many dogs go, but I have seen all sorts of food (mashed potato, Christmas pudding, canned chickpeas) being left there.

Please share this with other groups to make other dog owners aware. “
