Ashley and Jillian attended the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine's career fair at Tufts University this past weekend. They shared information about our hospitals and had a great time interacting with the students. Overall, it was a wonderful event. 🐶🩺🐱

Happy Halloween! 👻🎃💀

We had such a great time at the Lexington, Chapter of The Arc New York's Trunk or Treat this evening! Such gorgeous weather and a great turn out. We even brought some of our team pups dressed up in their Halloween best (a dinosaur, Zero, and a lion 🤣).

We hope you have a spooky night with family and fur-friends! 😃🐾

PSA: Ticks are out, and they are EVERYWHERE! It doesn't matter if you are walking in the park, in your backyard, or in the woods - there is a potential for ticks to get on you or your pets. We have encountered numerous pet moms and dads in need of assistance with ticks on their fur babies in the last few weeks! 🚫❗️🚫

If you haven't yet, make sure your pet is up to date on their veterinary recommended flea/tick prevention and always look your pets over thoroughly after walks or outdoor adventures!

Ticks get worse and worse every year, stay on top of it to protect you and your pets!

POPPY NEEDS A HOME!!! 🥹❤️

Poppy visited our hospital earlier this week and we ALL FELL IN LOVE. She has been in the shelter for over 80 days without any applications. It is hard to believe, because she is truly an amazing dog. 🥹

Sadly, she is starting to become stressed at the shelter. 😔 We need to find her a good home! 💔 If you are interested in adopting Poppy, submit an adoption application through the Fulton County Regional SPCA - NY. She can be in a home with cats and dogs. She is small in size and so very loveable. 🥰

Yesterday, Krystin (one of our licensed veterinary technicians) attended the HFM Boces Career Con at SUNY Fulton-Montgomery Community College. Over 1000 8th grade students attended from area school districts.
The students were given the opportunity to speak with different businesses to help guide them in their career exploration.
Krystin spoke to the students about veterinary medicine and all that is involved with being a licensed veterinary technician. 🐶🩺🐱

Zuzu came to see us when she was just 4 months old. The first time we saw her she was very sick. After some diagnostics we discovered she had a bad infection. With some medications and TLC from her amazing family, we are so happy to say Zuzu is doing wonderful. When we saw her today (at 6 months old) we couldn’t help but smile at how far she has come. She is such a special girl. 🩷💜
